Scientific interests: Humanitarian aspects of global distribution of new information technologies: intercultural communication in new information environment, international cooperation in IT sphere, innovations in international educational activities, technical progress and international protection of intellectual property.
International activity and participation in academic societies: Member of international social movement "United Professionals for a New Social Web", member of the World Association of International Studies (http://wais.stanford.edu). One of the founders of Internetional Communist Network.
